Since 2010, our home visit doctors proudly offer hospice care, concierge medicine, and geriatric home care services throughout the San Antonio, TX area. Our team also takes appointments in our office for those who feel more comfortable coming to us. No matter where we meet you, we bring attentive, caring, compassionate medical treatment to all of our patients. With a large number of well-trained, professional doctors, nurses, and other medical experts on staff, we’re able to treat patients promptly and at their own convenience.
Dr. Antonio Cavazos trained at the Bexar County Hospital and has been practicing in the community for 43 years. He has been honored by his peers by being elected to many leadership positions. He was president of the Bexar County Medical Society in 2003, and Dr. Cavazos was the founding president of the Mexican-American Physicians Association, chief of staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center, president of the San Antonio OB-GYN Association, and chairman of the Department of Surgery at Christus Santa Rosa Medical Center. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Texas Medical School. Dr. Cavazos has worked for VNA and Vitas Hospice.
